The terms for using the Al-Dahabi Campaign website and donating through it.

These terms govern your use of the Al-Dahabi Campaign website and any donation you make through it. By using the site or donating through it, you agree to them. This describes what the site actually does today, not a generic template — if something changes, this page changes with it.

Donation terms

Any amount you pay through the site is a voluntary charitable donation, not payment for goods or a service you're purchasing.
Your donation is directed to the project or service you chose at checkout, or to the general fund if you didn't select one.
A donation made by bank transfer or through a Syriatel Cash or MTN Cash wallet stays "under review" until our team manually verifies the transfer's operation number or the receipt photo you upload, usually within 24 hours. Your donation is not considered confirmed before that.
A monthly pledge (subscription) is a commitment from you, not a binding legal obligation — you can stop it at any time from your account.

Refund policy

There is no automated refund system on the site today: donations are confirmed manually and are not reversed automatically by any electronic mechanism.

If you transferred an amount by mistake, sent it to the wrong project, or want to request a refund, email us at the address below with the transfer details (amount, date, and operation number), and our team will review your request manually, case by case.

We cannot promise a fixed response time or guarantee a full refund in every case — it depends on the state of each donation at the time of review, and we will tell you the outcome of your request honestly either way.

Using the site

The site may be used to browse the campaign's services, donate, and contact us — and for that only.
You may not use the site or its forms for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or attempt to breach, disrupt, or misuse its systems.
All content on the site — text, images, and the logo — belongs to Al-Dahabi Campaign, and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.
