Winter Clothing

Cold in northern Syria starts early and lasts. The package includes a coat, waterproof shoes and a blanket for each child, distributed before the end of November so it arrives ahead of the first cold spell rather than after it. This project is urgent by nature: a single month's delay empties it of meaning.
