Urgent Appeal Before the Cold

With the first cold spell approaching, the campaign needs 500 winter packages within three weeks. Each package is a coat, shoes and a blanket, costing 50,000 lira. Delay here is not postponement but cancellation: a package arriving in January has lost half its usefulness.
